Marshall's Western Australian Honey is a small family-run apiary based in Karragullen. We provide the public with premium, raw monofloral honeys that are produced by us every step of the way. Consumers are given the opportunity to enjoy our passion: small batch varietal honey over mass produced honeys.
Unique, World class & Raw Honey
Unlike heat treated and ultra filtered honeys, our honey is extracted, settled and bottled, giving the consumer the experience of eating pure honey, as it exists in the hive. Each honey is unique and the different flavour profiles are a result of where beehives are placed and the flowers they feed on.
Harnessing the Unique Proporties of Jarrah
Jarrah honey, produced by Eucalyptus marginata trees in the Darling Ranges of WA, is up to 3 times higher in antioxidants and 30% higher in Total Activity (TA) than Manuka. It promotes cell renewal and wound healing, and has a lower glycemic index than other honey, so is less likely to spike blood sugar levels.
